When we, as Africans, stand together! The outreach by our African nations has been of the highest and greatest standard

Good day Shaan,

I hope this email finds you well. Thank you again for reaching out to me via linkedin. I have had an in-depth look at your website and the impact of the product, I must say that is quite impressive.

I'm a Kenyan, and I live in a county called Kilifi. This county has registered the highest number of teenage pregnancies caused by poverty, to be precise the parents inability to provide hygiene products to their kids. As a result, this young, innocent and naive girls consequently turn to the men in their villages, in their homesteads to cater for their need for the product. What happens next is the men taking advantage of them. It is so sad and sickens to the core.

At least, for those aware and upholds their sexual and reproductive health and rights do not end up getting pregnant. However, since there is no conceivable way to afford the sanitary towel, most of them tend to use rags, a very uncomfortable physical and psychological product. What do they do? They miss school, and this reflects negatively in their studies.

Shaan, I must say your product is something that can cause a positive holistic impact among the girls. Not only does it relay an immediate solution, it grounds a sustainable solution at that matter. That innocent girl's psychological well-being, her health, her rights, her education is all that matters and you are enhancing that to a greater level. This product really contributes to ultimately breaking the generational poverty cycle you know.

I'd really love to appreciate the noble work you are doing, your passion and pursuit in bringing about change, filling an existing eminent gap and touching the lives of the girls is remarkable, awe-inspiring and it will go a milestone. Let me know how I can contribute towards achieving the collective goal.

Regards,

Mwende Mutinda.

This is what disposable nappies and sanitary towels do to our drainage systems and drinking water, please go eco-friendly. It takes 550 years for these items to decompose. They are the greatest harm to our environment worldwide. Thank you.
